As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Appsrow, you'll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving new business for our Webflow and digital service offerings. You’ll engage with potential clients, understand their needs, pitch tailored solutions, and support the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and more
- Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant Webflow and digital solutions
- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead and client information
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to create tailored proposals
- Assist in drafting presentations, sales decks, and proposals
- Follow up with leads and support the closing process
- Participate in regular team reviews and strategy discussions
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital services such as Webflow, SEO, design, or marketing
- Confidence in presenting ideas and initiating conversations
- Eagerness to learn tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRMs
- Analytical mindset to understand client pain points and position solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations at once
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

- Number of qualified leads generated weekly
- Email and LinkedIn outreach response rate
- Number of discovery calls booked
- Conversion rate from lead to opportunity
- Timely and accurate CRM updates
- Feedback from team on collaboration and communication
